Wantirna Health Precinct
The Wantirna Health Precinct is one of the key health infrastructure initiatives promoted by the Victorian Government, aims to provide comprehensive healthcare services to the community while also advancing medical research and health education. The Wantirna Health Precinct features a comprehensive public hospital providing a full range of medical services, a specialized public hospital, alongside medical research facilities, a nurse TAFE, and a wide range of complementary services, including retail, specialist clinics, independent apartments, serviced apartments, Medi-hotel, aged care, key-workers accommodation, and home care services. MLL Group (750&750A Boronia Road Wantirna), as the sole private landowner, has been deeply involved throughout the planning and design process. The project's Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP) and Comprehensive Development Zone (CDZ) have now been formally completed and released, land rezoning successfully finalized and officially gazetted.
